"I visited Dr. Buchanan's office recently for a crown. And, it was maybe my 2nd or 3rd visit to him. I'm a little older-ish, so it usually takes me a good while to be comfortable with a new dentist. I had visited him once before, when he was still at the other location, so to me he was still a new dentist, since I always seem to have reservations about dentists, just in general. I always want to think they somewhat know what they're doing, but it seems even with dentists I'd been with for years still managed to slip up and hit a nerve (not intentionally), I mean we're all human. But, unlike the other dentists I've been to, Dr. Buchanan is very much a whole new experience. He's not all business only, like sticking to a rigid time shedule, or as if I were taking my car in for an oil change. He has a very cool demeanor. I must have been completely at ease with him, as I realised several times that as he was working that I actually dozed off! It's been a very long time since that's happened! And the assistants are very helpful and welcoming. I'm fairly sure I'll be returning to his office. Great job, Dr.!"

The staff is warm from the moment you check in, to the assistant (I had Sarah) taking X-rays, and finally the doctor conducting the exam. Dr. Buchanan is exudes a professional, yet friendly demeanor. "Dr. Buchanan is THE dentist. He’s not just your standard dentist, he can do a lot more. My other dentists never evaluated my sleeping habits so I never realized I had much more going on. He made me an appliance for my sleep apnea. Since then, I’ve slept so much better. This dentist can do it all!"
