"I visited Dr. Buchanan's office recently for a crown. And, it was maybe my 2nd or 3rd visit to him. I'm a little older-ish, so it usually takes me a good while to be comfortable with a new dentist. I had visited him once before, when he was still at the other location, so to me he was still a new dentist, since I always seem to have reservations about dentists, just in general. I always want to think they somewhat know what they're doing, but it seems even with dentists I'd been with for years still managed to slip up and hit a nerve (not intentionally), I mean we're all human. But, unlike the other dentists I've been to, Dr. Buchanan is very much a whole new experience. He's not all business only, like sticking to a rigid time shedule, or as if I were taking my car in for an oil change. He has a very cool demeanor.
